Why counting calories is useless if you want to lose weight. It's much more useful to look at what kinds of food you're eating and when you eat them.
Not all forms of exercise help you lose weight at menopause. It's not a question of the more the better. Learn how to exercise for fatloss, not weightloss.
If you've put on weight at menopause or if you're finding it difficult to lose weight, it could be that your metabolism is fast asleep. You'll have to wake it up!
