Weightloss at Menopause


During this FREE training, you are going to learn why you have put on weight, specifically at menopause, and how to lose fat without a restrictive diet, without counting calories and what kind of exercise will get you the results you desire. Hint: you have to wake up your metabolism. It could be fast asleep!

When you want to lose weight, you might think that it's all about arithmetic. You might be thinking that you have to restrict the number of calories you eat and that you have to do more exercise. It seems logical but it doesn't work. Don't tell me you haven't noticed!

Why counting calories is useless if you want to lose weight. It's much more useful to look at what kinds of food you're eating and when you eat them.


Not all forms of exercise help you lose weight at menopause. It's not a question of the more the better. Learn how to exercise for fatloss, not weightloss.

The Metabolism

If you've put on weight at menopause or if you're finding it difficult to lose weight, it could be that your metabolism is fast asleep. You'll have to wake it up!
